1. Is there a way to override attendance totals?


Administrators have the ability to adjust the Attendance totals that appear on Report Cards and Transcript Labels.

Note: You can only edit Attendance totals for Daily/School Attendance and Worship Attendance classes.

To edit Attendance totals:

  1. Go to the Transcripts tab
  2. Click Edit Attendance at the top of the page
  3. Select the Term and Class that you would like to edit
  4. Make the desired changes
  5. Click Save to complete the process

Note: For Daily/School Attendance classes, not all attendance values can be edited. Only values that are marked as "Show on Report Card" will appear on the Edit Attendance page. For more information about Daily/School Attendance values, please click here.

Note: Re-concluding an attendance class will cause any manually edited values to be replaced with the actual values recorded in the class.
