To reset a Staff member's password:

  1. Go to the Staff tab
  2. Select the staff member whose password you would like to change
  3. Highlight their password in the top right and type a new one
  4. Click anywhere on the screen to save

 Note: If the staff member tried to log in unsuccessfully multiple times, you may need to also unlock their account.
