2. How do I change how long it takes before Gradelink automatically logs me out?


The Security Settings page allows Administrators to adjust three major settings:

  1. Minimum Password Length
  2. Automatically locking inactive accounts
  3. Automatically logging out inactive users

To adjust these settings, first go to the Settings tab and then click on Security Settings near the bottom of the page.

Minimum Password Length determines how long student and staff passwords must be to be considered valid in Gradelink.

Automatically lock accounts after... days have passed tells Gradelink to automatically lock student and staff accounts if they have not been logged into for a certain period of time.

Gradelink interface times out after... tells Gradelink to automatically logout users that have been inactive for a certain period of time.
