1. Is there a way to prevent sending SMS/Text messages or Voice Mail after a certain time of day?


Schools that use SmartSend Pro to schedule SMS/Text or Voice messages have the ability to create a "blackout" period - a period of time during which no messages can be sent. This can be helpful if you want to make sure no one on your staff accidentally sends a text message late at night, for example.

To set up a communication blackout period:

  1. Go to the Settings tab
  2. Click on the Date/Time sub-tab
  3. Enter a start and end time for the blackout period
  4. Click Save Changes
