Let Gradelink Send Payment Alerts for You

Did you know Gradelink Payments can send out alerts for failed and returned payments? If you’re already using Gradelink Payments, setting up alerts is easy!

  1. In your PaySimple account, click Settings
  2. Click Notifications
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Manage Notifications under Classic Feature Notification Settings
  4. Select which emails you want sent to your customers and or staff, like payment failures and credit card expirations.
