2. How do I record discipline incidents as an Administrator?


To record discipline incidents as an Administrator:

  1. Click on the Students tab.
  2. Select the student for whom you are entering the incident.
  3. Click on the Counseling sub-tab.
  4. Click on Add / Edit Incidents.
  5. Click Add.

Many of the fields on the incident form are optional, but you must enter an Incident Type and the Location where the incident occurred in order to submit the incident.

Don't forget to hit Save when you're done.
